SwiftPDF is designed so that there is almost nothing to say in a privacy policy — and that's the point.

Your files never leave your device

Every PDF tool on this site runs entirely in your web browser using JavaScript. When you use a tool, your files are read into your browser's local memory, processed there, and the result is downloaded directly to your device. We never upload, transmit, store or see your files. We could not access your documents even if we wanted to — they never reach our servers.

No accounts, no file history

There is no signup, no login and no account system. We keep no record of which tools you used or which files you processed. Closing the tab wipes everything.

What we do collect

• Anonymous analytics: we use privacy-friendly analytics to count visits and see which tools are popular. This does not identify you and is never linked to your files (which we never see).
• Advertising: the site is supported by ads. Ad providers may use cookies to show relevant advertising and measure ad performance, as described in their own privacy policies.

Cookies

SwiftPDF itself sets no cookies and no local tracking identifiers. Third-party advertising partners may set cookies; you can block or delete cookies in your browser settings at any time without breaking the tools.

Children

SwiftPDF is a general-utility site not directed at children under 13, and we knowingly collect no personal information from anyone.

Changes

If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted here with a new date. Because we collect essentially nothing, any change will be minor by construction.
